***** and BS service

Cell c the service is absolutely shocking. I was told to cancel my contract I can pay a settlement of R2999.76 and I did. Today I call in and I'm told a different story. I must pay another R1999 and when i ask for the breakdown of the amount they can't say why. U must call customer care for that. Cell c theor syetems, employess and app arent on the same page and its frustrating. I have asked on numerous occasions they stop debiting my account since it's no longer in use and I pay via eft, they have refused and keep debiting and I get charged for that. One of their employees told me to go and make an affidavit and send to cell c regarding the debiting of my account, but apparently that's not necessary. But now I wasted my whole R2999, for absolutely nothing. They have done me dirty on even a month to month contract, they have increased installments and when I ask I was told when I took out the contract it was on sale and the sale ended. Ha ha ha ha but I was never informed about the sale ending. Cell c they are bunch of *********** ******. Stay away from cell c if you can.
