Ridiculous *****!

I requested that my contract must be canceled due to the fact that no stores have stock of the devices i want and also because of the constant problem with network connections. They talked me out of it ensuring me everything will be sorted shortly. I them got a call from a consultant at head office and she told me they definitely have stock and promised me it will be sent in 4 working days.... its now 5 weeks later! When calling to find out what’s going on, they say they dont have stock available. The network problem hasn’t changed aswell....
