On Sunday (20/03)I went to Cell C in George to enquire what the contract byout entails.I spoke to Lee,who seemed helpful and friendly.I spesifically asked him if I could have any contract at cell c,or if the were anybuy out amount to new contract ratio.He said that I could have any contract I wanted.I showed him the catalogue where I found a LG G4 stylus on an epic 200 contract for R280,and told him that I wanted that one.I explained to him that I had upgraded about 5 months ago,and he said that would mean that my outstanding amount should be large.I used R6000.00 as an exaple and once again asked him that, if my outstanding amount is maybe R6000, if I could still do a buyout and take the epic 200 contract.He reassured me that this was the case.Today I got all the paperwork together and went to do the much anticipated buy out,when he completely changed his tune.He said that he had spesifically told me that there exists a ratio, and that I would ony qualify for a buy out if I take an epic 500 plan.my boyfriend and I told him that this was not what he had said.In full view of manager Elizabeth Minnaar, he made me out to be a ****.She did nothing.I want the contract that Lee promised
