LG G4 Stylus Repairs Process Terrible

<p>***</p> <p>Cell ********** </p> <p>On the 12 December 2016 I booked my phone in for Repairs at a Cell C Outlet for an LG G4 Stylus which has a inssue with an LCD and i was notified that the repairs would to take 7 - 14 working days on the 15 day i called in i was advised that they would contact LG Repair centre to find out when the phone would be back. I called after 5 days spoke to the lady by the Name of Khosi who said the issue has been escalated to management , but till today i haven't received any feed back as to when i will receive my mobile device. i have further called again spoke to a gentle man by name of Mark who advised that the Phone is beyond repair that i will need to be compasated with a another device . Till today i haven't received my device and when i call the call centre to speak to Khosi its either she is unavailable or not preset at work I strongly advise all south african citizens to not make use of the Cell service Provider as their service is the best compared to MTN and Vodacom . I will take this matter to Short term Insurance Ombudsman </p>
