Level of service is beyond junk status
I'm disappointed on the level of service we receive this day an age. When an agent has the dont care attitude whether you are complain, the point is that im sorry however I cant do it..that is what i was told by Sne. I had a simple query she explained and i told her im not happy.... I won't write my complaint, please listen to this call and tell me did I ask Sne the impossible.
Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
This will be addressed with the team manager to have this kind of behavior rectified.
