Level of service is awful

<p>I am very much disappointed in the manner which Cell C has been handling my request for me to change my number & i logged a call with them on the 05/11/2016 & to date i havent been conacted let alone given acknowledgemnt that the request is being worked on... all i get to be told when i call the call cenre is they will send an email to Lerato who is apparently handling my query, ref: ********** 379.</p> <p>Secondly i called Cell C twice today from 14:00 to 14:15 from the number ********** & i sopke to a lady to hung up on when i asked who was i speaking to & when i called the 2nd time around someone picked the call but said nothing & hung up again... I guess this is what ill come across everytime i contact Cell C!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disappointed, if i didnt have 2 cellphone contracts with Cell C i would have left after such rudeness.</p>
