Letters

<p>I went to Brackenfell Cape Gate Cell C on the 12th of October to close one of my contract. Paid up fully. I requested a paid up letter and confirmation letter that my account is closed. They confirmed it will take 24_48 hours. I phoned the 14th to follow up with no joy. I called 140, 4 times, no one can assist, I called 084143, 4 times, no one can assist. I called ********** 200, 4 times, no one can assist. I started again calling 140. They transferred me to the legal department, no joy. I was on the phone yesterday from 12:00_17:15. Still no one can assist. Emails was sent 20 times, no response. ********** ********** ********** ********** <p>I still don't have the right department or person who can assist me on getting these 2 letters.</p> <p>Unfortunately I cannot talk about your service because there are no service.</p>
