Letter of owing no statement reflecting payments made

I have spoken to Siyanda among other people at cell c . They are sending me letters telling me I owe monies that they have not allocated yet . They refuse to send me a statement reflect all payments that's has been sent to them on more than 3 occasions. No one is getting back to me I have asked them to please refund my monies back I paid since Nov 2022 and collect They phones and they ignore me. I have sent numerous emails to Meagan and she is ignoring me. They have blocked my line and sent me a mail saying we tried contacting you on the no and could not get hold of you. But every day they phoning me on the alternative no I gave to tell me I'm owing R1121 . They cannot tell me where this amount comes from . They have not cancelled a debit order that I asked for in Marc 2023 already as I make payment before the debit order date I wil ask again refund my monies that I paid and collect your units as cell c is *********** and just refuses to give feedback. And pls note that on this platform they will advice Cell c will get back to me which they dnt. Here is the no *** they can contact me on but the way they are so useless they block the contract line and phone me on there just to give feedback but to call me and tell me I owe the money they can get hold of me
