I received a letter from Nudebt collections agency being instructed by Cell C to collect overdue balance in the amount of R296.32. I asked them for the details (Acc, statement, month, year etc) of the outstanding amount that they allege that I am owing and could not supply me with the information, stating that I must get the information from Cell C.
