Letter of complaint
I'm very concerned and agitated by arrogance displayed by Neli who's one of Cell C's consultants who called me from this number ********** 141at 14:44, she was extremely rude and just hung up on me when I wanted to engage with her further on some Cell C matter. She's not fit to deal with clients. I demand that you take the matter up.
