LETTER OF ACCOUNT RESOLVED

I disputed a fradulent Cell C account opened using my name in 2021.Cell C Gateway failed to assist in a proper way.I found out my account is still active but they are no further deduction on my bank acc.On june 20 2022.Cell C Gateway failed again to assist. In store using their phone the person on the othe line says "The line is bad I can not here you " I am requesting "A LETTER OF ACCOUNT RESOLVED!"
