Let me count the ways Cell C annoyed me today
Today, the Cell C Upgrade call centre called my about upgrading my data line and my cellphone contract. The data line happens to be a contract (which has actually expired and is running month-to-month - strike 1) that I don't want anymore. But the person who called me can't cancel my contract (strike 2) and can't transfer me to the relevant call centre (strike 3). She gives me the number for the generic Cell C line (strike 4). In order to get through to a human being, the call centre's automated options want my \number"for the line. It's a data line"
