Let Down once again!!!

Once again I have been let down by Cell C. The consultant in charge of my incident Nelly Mamotheti has promised me that her guys will come & pick up my phone yesterday 29th December. I was actually promised it will happen on 28th December but it was changed to the 29th December. The 29th of December has come & gone with absolutely no response from Nelly or the supposed guys who were coming to pick up my phone. I just knew this would happen as I expect nothing less than pathetic service from CellC. Nelly Mamotheti has no professional courtesy as I have emailed so many times with absolutely no response from her.<br> I will be going to the Bank today to stop the debit order for CellC. I will only pay that amount once this issue is finally resolved. I will also be posting this on other social media platforms as I am absolutely tired of constantly getting the run around from CellC. Once again I have received absolutely pathetic service. I am truly shocked at the Service level that CellC provides!!!
