Internet (100gb LTE sim only) has been down since Wednesday 11am, 24 April 2019 in Phalaborwa.

The account is in good standing, has always been since it's a debit order.

I have had no updates besides being asked for contact details and the references given. No other contact has been made.

Now I have 21.35 GB left over to use and it seems it will go to waste as end of month is two days away.

If the internet is not restored by tomorrow, I am going to process a cancellation order as this is hurting my business. I don't have time to play cat and mouse, or being transferred between cellc employees asking the same security questions 7 times in a row. I just need working internet.

I have worked at a ISP before doing this exact same business, it is a money saving tactic. As internet not used by the ISP does not have to be paid for toward the supplier.

This is not even the first time !
