Lesego from Cell C customer service

What a disgusting service from one of the consultants from Cell C customer service! His name was Lesego a male gentleman, don't recall his surname called in around 14:50 on the 28th April 2021. I was having trouble making calls on my phone and this has been over a week so the first agent advised me to dial some code to get it right and that didn't help, so I called in again and thats how I spoke to Lesego, as frustrated as I was his tone and how he spoke to me as a customer was absolutely rude and very disrespectful! I do hope that Cell C does something about the likes of Lesego! I am a customer! I do hope this gets fixed!
