Lemar : Rude and disrespectful staff

I went to cell c store at New Market Alberton due to the fact that I've been struggling with my sim card,so I walked in the shop I find 2 staff members and Lemar walks up to me without greeting 1st of all and I start off by greeting him and tell him my problem with the simcard issue instead of helping me his telling me I need to go back to Mall of the south because they work differently because I called the call centre and I was advised that I would need my ID and proof of address which I had to do a sim swop...then he says I must answer 5 questions as well or he can't help me I must go back to Mall of the south,he even went on insulting me saying it's da China mall phones that break the sim card..like very very bad service...I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there...he tells u all the negative things without checking on the system or anything...Lemar is rude en arrogant from New market mall Cell c no help actually drove my petrol to be told to go back to Mall of the south...after more then 13years with you guys...I'm definitely leaving requesting my PAC as soon as I get to Mall of the south.
