Legally Useless
Trying to get through to Cell C's legal department during Covid 19 is impossible! I have been emailing them since 10 June because I WANT to pay my account! Called the call center a few times since, where they have escalated my query, and still nothing!

07 Aug 2020, 08:31Hi, thankfully after my review, Cell C did get in touch with the relevant information. However, after making payment, sending it through to the correct email addresses and receiving a reply to say that my payment has been received, my phone is still not back on the network! Once again, no one at the call center can help, and I cannot get through to the legal department.
