Legal team not responding

I sent an email to legal team to enquire about my account. I have received no response. Ridiculous that store consultants are told to refer to email address given but queries not attended to.

Turns out I have two accounts of which one I don't know about. I need a trace on the second account, when it was opened which phone was given, where it was delivered, who signed for it. There seems to be a ********** account that was authorised without my consent.

My issue was never resolved! I's been 6 weeks
