I had an account in 2016 which i paid up, but for some reason this is lowering my credit rating, it shows i have a balance of R745 when i clearly paid it off. I then call the call centre and they advised me to contact the legal team regarding payment arrangements, i contact the legal department but they not available and then the call centre tells me i must log it and then i fail my security questions so i need to call back, I have no recollection of any of my details as this was 4 years ago.
Please Help i cannot apply for anything because this contract is keeping my credit score low.
