Legal Status

<p>Dingaan at cell c legal department I have never came across a rude consultant like yourself. you are not a peoples person you are horrible when it comes to customer service. DINGAAN PUT DOWN THE PHONE ON MY EAR.</p> <p>Now back to the reason I called cellc legal department in the first place. Back in 2013 cellc advised me the the is an amout of R160 that is outstanding, but that amount was paid and proof of payment was sent to cellc. 2014 did an upgrade and there were no issues. 2016 tried to do an upgrade I was told I cannot as I have a legal status on my name. Again POP was sent was given a ref number ********** 967 on the 21/11/2016 till today that querry has not been resolved. Tried calling again this morning was sent to pillar to post your staff couldnt answer to mention a few Prince from legal transferred me back customer service, Sibusiso from couldnt assist either and was very much unfriendly who transferred me to Emily whom I asked to transfer me to legal and did not do that but she opted to put a phone down on my ear. Iam very dissapainted in the level of customer service in cellc, it is depreciating by the day. I have been with cellcc since 2002, but now watch me take my business elsewhwere. CUSTOMER RETENTION?????</p> <p> </p>
