Legal help desk does it again
<p>last month i posted a review after trying to get a hold of Cell C legal department as after days of trying to get a hold of them and waiting for alomost an hour at a time there was still no answer, this month it is happening again. i have paid of my account in full and sent through a proof of payment on the 24th of May. it is now the 30th of May and have still not received any feedbak on the proof of payment. no paid up letter and after calling since the 24th still have not been able to get through to the legal department. i am finding it hard to understand how no one ever answers the phone as a query cant take over an hour to resovle yet you can wait on hold for an hour and there is no answer. this is not on as when they try to get a hold of you they can do it any time of night or day yet when you are trying to get through even for a paid up letter there is no answer.</p>

after posting this review Cell C moved in swiftly to try and solve this problem. i was contacted by Ralph Gubeon this morning and within 2 hours time this was sorted even tho i was told to expect if would take 24 - 48 hours. i would like to thank Ralph on his excellent servies and help with this. i still do feel that the response times for calls should be looked at by Cell C because if everyone there was as helpfull as Ralph the customer service would be unmatched.
