Legal department on permanent holiday!

Getting through to legal department is harder than getting a new ID!! My number has been temporarily deactivated because there is apparently an outstanding amount when I know it was paid on the 28th of June. Cellc Galleria couldn’t help me and I have tried calling legal department for the past 3 days but only been put on hold for 15-20 minutes. Please contact me on *** so that this matter can be resolved and I can officially part ways with Cellc to a provider that actually has a functioning customer care service
