legal department not contactable at all

I have called the call centre on numerous occasion trying to get the balance on my account, they then say that they are unable to assist as the account is at legal , i have called and emailed the legal department on numerous occasion as well but there is no response. How do i pay off my account when no one is able to assist me in giving me the balance on my account? my contact details are as follows: ********** ********** 753
