Legal department, Contract Cancellation

I have been on the line for 25 minute where a consultant from the contract call centre said they were transferrring me to your legal department. I need to get details for a contract account ********** sorted.

Your call centre is useless, consultants are not helpful at all. Please can someone contact me on ********** seeing that contacting you is nothing but a waste of time and money
