Legal department contacts

<p>I have been on the line for 15 minute where a consultant from the contract call centre said they were transferrring me to the legal department. I need to get details for a contract account ********** 05 which i do not know what it is for but its reflecting on my Credit record as overdue.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your call centre is useless, consultants are not helpful at all. Please can someone contact me on ********** seeing that contacting you is nothing but a waste of time</p>
