Hi My Name is Annie Reddy. I have spent entire Friday trying to sort out my Cell c account . I have not been informed that my was handed over to the legal /debt collectors. No ones wants to help me .I am only outstanding for the amount of R600.00 my monthly instalment . which was returned only on the 30th of November 2017 . My contact number is ********** 648. I want to pay this amount so that my account can go back to the Cell C but they want me to pay the entire R4011-96 which the say I am owing . Can someone please assist me . As every time I call them the keep on increasing the amount owing .

Hi I received a response that I must contact SSDA on ********** 600 and every time I contact them they add more and more to my amount so I will not contact them . They say only Cell C can retract the account back to Cell C. For one outstanding payment I don't see why the contract should be cancelled. Please uncancell & I will make payment accordingly as I require my number back. Kind regards Annie Reddy
