Legal Department

I took out an Epic contract last year which is really bad. I tried to migrate to a pinnacle contract. I was then told I first must wait for one debit order to go off before I can apply. App**** and Cell C told me no they cannot help me. Yesterday I phoned to find out about migrating (again) to a pinnacle contract. I was then told I owe Cell C R2474. I have tried since this morning to get a hold of the Legal Department to find out where can I pay this amount and a reference number. It seems to me there is no one working in the Legal Department? I NEED TO MIGRATE I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOO SICK AND TIRED OF THIS STUPID EPIC CONTRACT WHICH IS *******!!! PLEASE HELP.....
