Legal and ***** department non responsive and my ID is listed wrongfully on SAFPS

I was notified in 2018 that there is a contract that was taken with my ID, which was ********** and i did notify them and was asked to make an affidavit and send a copy of my ID & Bank statement, which i did but now in 2022, i am notified that my ID is listed in SAFPS and need to get a clearance letter from Cell C, i have been sending emails and calling for more than 2 weeks but cant get through to their ***** & legal department, no response on emails an when i call i get sent to all departments except the one i need to get through to, i have never been so frustrated in my whole life.
