left without a phone for the 4th time now

Im sadly sitting without a phone for the 4th time now, ever since ive had that phone its been booked in for repairs and still i have a phone thats not up to standard. its been 2 weeks since i send the phone for repairs and i did not get any feedback. Everyone is blaming Blackberry, but Ive been a loyal customer, never missed a payment yet ive been sitting with a phone that has given me problems. i was told the z10 is the most troublesome phone at the CEll c shop. what should i do now, Im into business Ive lost so much!!
