Leaving message and nobody calls me back - no replies on emails

I've been trying to get in touch with the collection department at Cell C since 10 February 2022. Every time I call 084135 I am told that somebody from collections will call me.

I have 6 contracts with Cell C. I was retrenched at the end of December 2022. I was not very concerned about the payment because my husband was the breadwinner and offered to pay the account.

Unfortunately my husband suddenly passed away on 6 February 2022.

I have been unable to pay my account and tried for days to speak to somebody in collections. Once the death benefits are paid out I will settle all my account with Cell C.

The sad part is I am trying everything from my side to make arrangement and avoid to be listed on ITC but Cell C just dont care.
