Lazy unreliable supervisors of cellc
<p>i call cellc to speak to Pretty Moleko "supervisor" who "assisted" me on my 1st call to cell c the agent i spoke to tells me she is transfering me to Pretty Moleko but then i ended up holding for 25min then my call gets cut without Pretty Moleko taking my call i am disgusted with the horrible service i've been receiving from this useless service </p>
Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused. This is not the norm or standard of service we want for our customers.
