Lazy, *********** and refuse to help

Your service delivery is shocking. It's been a month plus now I still have not gotten a refund or damn assistance for that matter you keep saying someone will assist me yet no one does. R325 was taken out of my bank wrongfully. I have been asking for my money back . You keep telling me I will receive assist I haven't received anything. This is my 3rd review. Your consultants said a credit note was written which would be refunded on the 24 or 25 ..... it is April this happened end of February. How are you so USELESS AND ***********. I want my money back I am going to get in contact with a lawyer as soon as this lockdown ends. I want my money back what you did is theft and ********** you are aware of the mistake but have done nothing . I will do something about as you ignore my request. I have been told twice it was a credit note not a refund. It is not rocket science to change it to refund to pay it into my account. You are just lazy. Stop telling me it is a credit note not a refund the consultant on the phone said it would be refunded ..... a credit note was made it would be refunded, you can go back to the calls and hear what they told me . Stop telling you will assist that response on a review is pathetic give me a proper answer.
