What the Hell Cell C! How can you offer a client one deal over the phone but then charge a complete different package? I will not give you one month notice, you WILL cancel my contract effective IMMEDIATELY! If you don't I will lay a charge of theft against you! I know I never agreed to a package of almost R600, I declined the upgrade and was then offered a package of not even R200 and it would be a top up and not an open line. So unless you can get the call recording where I accepted your ridiculous package I suggest you fix your mistake TODAY! I tried calling the cancellations department 3 times and either the line keeps getting disconnected or the person on the other side is so busy talking to her collogues she doesn't even notice there is a client on the line and then she drops the call. Maybe do some extra training with your people so they can actually do their jobs right! After this I will never do business with Cell C again, not interested in having any type of relationship with *******!
