Late Mom contract can get cancelled due to No responce

I also still have an outstanding issue where I gave notice to Cell C to cancel my 2 Contracts on the 24 Jan 22. At the begging of March I saw that my Contract still weren't cancelled. I then had to phone a number of times through the month to get assisted only at the end of March eventually I got the Contract cancelled. I was the advised that I need to reverse my debit order which I did. Now Cell C still wants me to pay the bill after they didn't cancel the contract when they should have, number 2 I had to phone in a number of times to make them aware of that they didn't do there job. I requeted a number of times for someone to contact me up until today no one has phoned me. I have incident numbers for this as well. Can someone from Cell C urgently look at getting this resolved. The service at Cell C is shocking or lets put it this way there is just no service. It's a continues straggle with no one helping me.
