Late debit orders

<p>Cell C was supposed to run the debit or on 30/04/2017but only ran it on 02/05/2017 and now I dont have enough funds in my account because the bank charges went off and after having a lengthy conversation with customer care(which is pointless as they cant do anything from their side) it was mentioned I can do a direct deposit but still wont be the amount on the statement and when asking why they ran the devit order late this month it was mentioned because it was due to a sunday and public holiday but i mentioned to them that the previous months if that was the case they ran the debit orders on the saturday before the due date and they couldnt give me a reason for this. I told them that i wont be held accountable for the differance that i will ow them due to this because it is not my fault they ran the debit order late, i made sure that the money was in my account on 28 April all ready so they can do the debit order.</p> <p> </p> <p>This really puts Cell C in my bad books and gives them a very awfull name in the public</p>
