Large Amount Being Debited after Contract Ended

Since last year Oct I've been debited large sum of monies for the above mentioned account. I've requested on several occasions that the limit to be set. I spoken to several consultants and they inform me that the request have been action, but thats not the case twice a month when they debit my bank account! Monthly my bank account gets debit for an account that has ended. I had to phone the bank to reverse the payments as the inquiry is still not resolved by Cell C... <br> <br> Im totally gutted by the service level agreement by Cell C. I would like for this to stop by immediate effect. <br> <br> I need assist ASAP to resolve the matter as Im not in a position to pay the monies debited.
