Laptop not being delivered

Please help me Cell C, I waited for my laptop for long I think it the 4th week now, then yesterday morning I finally received an SMS saying my parcel will be delivered yesterday when I opened the sms it showed two courier companies Courier IT and RWS, later on I got a call from RWS Couriers and I was asked if I'd be at home, and I told the guy I'll be at home since I'm working from home, a bit later at about 15h30 I decided to call that number that called me, to follow up since no one came and there was no update, and I spoke to a guy who didn't even care at all, he told me that they don't provide estimated time of arrival, when I asked why, he said it's their company rule, he told me to relax my parcel will be delivered yesterday, but nothing, I tried to go on their website to check and track my parcel with my tracking number which is CELLC***0, but their website wasn't so helpful too. Today I called Courier It, when they checked with my tracking number they didn't see anything on the system to be delivered with that number, like now I am really tired of these run arounds, at first I waited patiently on Cell C, now it's your couriers, please follow up with them, because now I really don't know if my parcel will ever be delivered or not, and which courier will bring it because on that sms there's two, please can you ask the one my laptop was handed over to, their where abouts and the exact day of delivery, because they might come when I'm not home, and that they must communicate with me, I am so cross man with this overall service yo!!!
