LAPTOP CONTRACT - BROKEN LAPTOP WITHOUT AFTER SALES SERVICE

Bought a laptop - Packard Bell on contract. Computer does not work, no after service at all. Though in position of Packard Bell warranty, Cell C informed that only have a 7 days warranty. Try to book in for repairs after numerous to Cell C, being informed to take the laptop to the nearest Cell C store. Cell C store at Kollonade refuse to assist informed me that Computer was not bought from them the repairs department needs to fetch it from me. Phoned Repairs department again and instructed me again to take laptop to Store. Once again Store said they cant assist. Keep on paying the contract, but sit with a broken pc and no one wants to help me. Excellent sales service to get it sold but no service at all. How to do pay for something that is not working. Computer say battery flat and cant charge at all. Never used the laptop at all.
