lack voc assistance and proffesionalism

I went into the Cell C stire in Gateway as my sim card stopped working. This is the second time in two months. The person helping me was unhelpful and despondent. He was not helpful and had a poor attitude. The staff around him displayed lack of professionalism and seemed quite clueless in other tasks which I as a customer did not need to hear about. Was totally disgusted with their pathetic service. Once my contract ends i will never take another with Cell C.
