Lack of servie

<p>i am in a process of claiming for my phone and highy disgusted by the lack of service and incompetence of the C Surance contact centre. The consultants are not helpful and disrepectful. Iam now being told that i cant get my phone because its being discontinued. WHAT BULL**** IS THAT??</p> <p> </p> <p>iam given options of phones that dont come close to my phone's features, what is the point of insurance at the first place???????</p> <p> </p> <p>I regret insuring with Cell C.</p>
