Lack of Service - ***** Victim Listed incorrectly with SAFPS by Cell C.

I have been dealing with a case where I lost my ID in 2018 and someone used it to open accounts **********ly with various service providers including Cell c, I reported the matter in Sep 2019 and I received a letter from their legal department advising that the contract was closed, however Cell C then went and listed my ID Number with the SAFPS as a ********* instead of a victim as stated in their letter and now I am not able to get credit because of this listing I have been calling and getting different refence numbers and nothing has changed and no one ever replies to my million emails that I have sent, It is really upsetting and frustrating as I am not getting any help here. When I go to the store to ask for help no one knows anything, they dont even assist you with a lousy email address of someone who can actually help with my case or at least escalate it.
