Lack of service due to incompetence!

Almost a month later. This issue is still not resolved! You got your agents to contact me and then you did not look at the evidence that I provided you . It ended up in a screaming session. Your staff are very disrespectful and does not give a person a chance to speak and does not answer with a reasonable explanation! The fact that Cell C messed up by not sending me bills and splitting a contract up without my knowledge is already a sign of incompetence! How many times did I contact you since 2019 to query my account. The fact that I provided my Id number to customer service and the fact that you assured me that I was in credit put you in the wrong! And then you go and hand me over to the lawyers after assuring me that my account is in credit? Now you expect me to pay your interests and charges and lawyers fees? You can go to hell! I have been a loyal customer through the years! Obviously if you idiots kept my account in one place and I knew about it ( which I did not!) I would have paid it along with the contract I knew about!! A holes that is what you are! I query this issue almost on a daily base! I told you I am in China! I will not pay a cent interest and I will not pay a cent on any extra charges! It is not my fault that I did not pay the contract. How many times do I need to tell you that when I contacted Customer service and gave my ID number I was assured that I was in credit? I was not emailed any bills ! Only for the contract that I paid loyally and the contract that was always in Credit!Yet you go and hand me over! When I left China almost 2 years ago I informed you about this! I updated my information every time I phoned in! You had my email address! Yet you idiots insist on a phone call in the middle of the night when I am supposed to sleep! How many times do I need to verify myself! ???? FFS !!! Put your Shiiiiitt in writing! Why the F do you need to phone me at all hours! Do you want to give me a heart attack?! Is that what you want! Do you want me to have a nervous break down because of your incompetence!? I demand for management to contact me via email and to resolve this ASAP! I am sure that there are many people out there that goes through the same hell as me. Man up and run your company like a pro and not a bunch of *********** idiots!
