Lack of service by cell c. Failure to allocate payment for nearly 3 months.
A made an Eft payment on my cell c contract in order to settle it... I mafe a mistake with one number on the payment reference. I immediately sent them multiple emails since May for the payment to be allocated till today nothing has happened. My settled account has since been handed over.. I contacted the debt collectors they've handed over the account to cell c but still no call or email from cell c after I have called them exactly 20 times and 56 emails and a couple of Facebook messages.

Can I just say I have sent exactly 25 emails to just that specific email address. The last email being yesterday 09 July 2021 when I sent it to the very same email, I cc'd the attorneys where my account has been handed over and attached the POP in question. Each week I've sent my query to that email so I don't think nobody there actually works. I do get responses but nothing happens. I have sent the email to escalated queries, collections queries, sm@cell c. T. MAREKA@CELL C who has since ignored my emails and many more other individuals l who were assigned to help me. I will send the email as a last attempt and we will see
