Lack of service!

I have an account inquiry and have repeatedly tried calling 084 135 and after 7 to 10 minutes of holding there has been no reply. I have also gone onto your online platform and filled in the "contact us" form. I received an email stating that I'll be contacted within 24 to 48 hours and surprise, surprise this also never happened. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU OR TO GET YOU TO CONTACT ME AS YOU SAY YOU WILL?
