LACK OF SERVICE
Horrific service and they don't update their records and cannot even put you through to a senior manager - only their Customer Care centre where their staff are not trained to handle serious issues

15 Feb 2024, 07:31Many years ago I was under debt review but Cell C was not one of the companies that I paid off. I received all my clearance certificates and in 2021 Cell C contacted me saying I was due for an upgrade for both my contracts and on sending the clearance certificates to them I received the cellphones. Now Cell C are continutally contacting (even on a Sunday) me advising me I am due for an upgrade and then promptly tell me I am black listed! I have resent the necessary paperwork to them and at the same time have requested a senior manager to handle this matter but they are unable to give me any details or contact information. I have been with Cell C since the date on inception and not once have I ever not paid my account etc. It is absolutely disgusting. They are quick to ensure that both my contracts come off via debit order but I cannot get an upgrade for both contracts.
