Lack of service

I took out a data contract with Cell C sim only ,sim was delivered but couldn't use it so I call cell and could get assistance on that day tried again got no joy all time I nsert the sim in WiFi ****le would work. Try call from work done no answer . Go on site no assistance. Then debit comes through I reverse no service used ...reversed 3 of their nothing on their. Finally find working email of theirs send request to cancel and have been struggling since .
