Lack of service

I called Cell C to block my sim card on the 06/06/2017 on my ********** 658 number, end of August I took out another contract with them and asked to do a sim swop as my previous number that i blocked was used by my bank and other companies.. they told me they could not do a sim swop at the time as there was data bundles loaded on the sim card and they could not get hold of a specific department to cancel it first. I decided to use the new number instead seeing that a sim swop was a mission..the whole time they were debiting for a number which i did not have in my possession which was supposed to come to end in December last year.. when I check my statement today I see that they debited 662. something instead of the normal amount 608.. now I'm being told that even though I blocked the sim card it had nothing to do with the data bundles which they load on the card so irrespective if the number was blocked I am still liable to pay for something that I don't even have in the first place!!!! I mean if you check the last activity or interaction of the card they should be able to at least pick it up on their systems and contact the customer to find out whats going on.. this is the 4th contract that i have with Cell C and if this is the treatment that I get, then i might as well move over to another network and will not refer anyone to Cell C.. normally when your contract is close to the end Cell C contacts the customer and ask if they still continuing but no contact was ever made to me!!!!I want them to cancel this sim card with immediate effect and now there are not enough funds for my other debits to go through because of this..!!! please call me on ********** 215..
