Lack of response to queries

I queried my data usage on a contract - separate issue Cell C is *****ing my data - and after 11 days and 2 follow up emails I have had no response. The call centre can trace my query and their records say 'the data usage is correct'.<br> Complete absence of any response. I've spent two 30 min calls to the call centre. I've written emails.<br> They called me back about a different query which had me change a package, but the complaint they just ignore.<br> Cell C just wasting my time and not interested in resolving my query.
