Lack of problem solving s****s

Can cell c hire people who know how to talk and solve problems with out having attitude. This lady Theodorah phoned me today concerning my complaint and she gave me hell of attitude that I did not have enough data thats why I couldn't download the applications I've been complaining about. She didn't even read the story thoroughly but she kept putting words on my mouth as if I don't know what I wrote. I'm so fed up with cell c like really. Because she even told me about Hotspot when I need to download and when I do that thing she told me about it tells me to connect with another device. Hell nooooo!, I have data I don't want to connect I want to be able to download. Even now I have 488.88mb and none of the apps are downloading. Wish I could show you the screenshot. I'm so mad because she's been acting better and makes a fool of me and I'm sure she told her employer during the interview that she has a problem solving s****s but she's got none instead a lot of attitude.
