Lack of passion and customer service

There is no data coverage in my area. I call Cell C and all they say is sorry there's nothing we can do, and I can cancel my contract. I have been a loyal customer to Cell C for many years and have 2 contracts with them, and family members with them also, sad to say they have no interest in customer service and loyalty. I won't be renewing my contract with them and will surely advise my family and friends also.
